Furun Metal Cans Subscription Policy

1. Cancellation & Modifications
48-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or modify a recurring order, notify us at least 48 hours before your payment is processed.
How to Request:
Email: Send cancellation/edit requests to furunsales@hotmail.com with your order details.
Online Portal:
Visit Furun’s website.
Click “Account” (top-right corner) and log in.
Select “Manage Subscription” to pause, edit, or cancel your plan.
For password-free access, click “Manage My Subscription” – a verification code will be emailed to you.
Note: We cannot guarantee changes if the payment is already pending (i.e., your card has not been charged).

2. Processed or Shipped Orders
Payment Processed:
If your card has been charged and the order is in our system, we cannot cancel it.
Order Shipped:
Once a tracking number is assigned, the order is en route. You may:
Return for Refund/Exchange: Email furunsales@hotmail.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.
Bulk/Custom Orders: Returns for tailored products (e.g., OEM paint cans, industrial drums) may require approval.
3. Return Guidelines
Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging (e.g., sealed corrosion-resistant containers).
Timeline: Initiate returns within 14 days of delivery.
Costs: Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Payment & Billing
Recurring Cycles: Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected schedule (monthly/quarterly).
Failed Payments:
We’ll notify you via email if a payment fails. Update your payment method within 7 days to avoid service interruptions.
