1. Shipping Partners

We collaborate with global logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery of metal packaging products (e.g., industrial drums, automotive paint cans):

  • International Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS (priority for urgent small orders).
  • Sea/Air Freight: COSCO, Maersk (bulk shipments), GPI Group (specialized in metal trade logistics).
  • Belt and Road Initiative Routes: China Post EMS (covers 239 countries, supports large-volume orders with prepaid duties). For oversized industrial packaging or hazardous material transport, contact us for customized solutions.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Calculation: Costs depend on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher). Volumetric formula: Length×Width×Height(cm)/5000.
  • Bulk Discounts: Orders exceeding 10 units qualify for a 10% sea freight discount.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return costs for non-defective items. Exceptions apply if the error is ours (e.g., incorrect product shipped).

3. Duties & Taxes

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan (all duties included in checkout).
  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Other regions require customers to pay import taxes/VAT upon delivery. Provide accurate HS codes and material certifications (e.g., stainless steel composition reports) to avoid customs delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Conditions:
    • Non-customized products (e.g., standard industrial drums) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
    • Custom orders (e.g., OEM automotive parts containers) are non-refundable.
  • Process: Email furunsales@hotmail.com for an RMA# and return address. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the error is ours.

6. Order Cancellation

  • 48-Hour Rule: Cancel recurring orders 48 hours before payment processing via email.
  • Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled but can be returned for a refund. Tracking numbers mark the cutoff point for cancellations.

7. Expedited Shipping

Request expedited service by emailing furunsales@hotmail.com. Additional fees (30%+ of standard运费) apply for air freight upgrades. No guarantees due to carrier slot availability.

8. Shipment Tracking

  • Receive tracking numbers via email once orders ship. Monitor via carrier websites (e.g., DHL, FedEx).
  • Delivery Attempts: Failed deliveries due to recipient absence may incur reshipment fees.
