Do Not Call (TCPA)

Furun Metal Packaging Co., Ltd. DO NOT CONTACT (TCPA) POLICY

Regulatory Overview

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations protect consumers from unsolicited telemarketing. Under the TCPA, "telemarketing" includes calls/texts encouraging the purchase of goods or services. Key requirements include:

  • Restricting calls to 8:00 AM–9:00 PM (recipient’s local time).
  • Prohibiting calls to numbers on the National DNC Registry or Furun’s internal DNC list.
  • Obtaining prior express consent for auto-dialed calls (ATDS) or prerecorded messages to mobile numbers.
  • Including caller identification (name, company, contact details) in all communications.
  • Complying with 2025 TCPA updates, including expanded opt-out methods and a 10-day opt-out processing window.
